    The challenge of measuring ROI is that the ROI sales funnel could include social as the first engagement or the last engagement with blogs, email etc in the mix as well
    That is why multiple touch points that bring people into and and back to the funnel are vital.
    ROI is not a straight path. Some Enterprise tools such as Kenshoo can provide the data to start to measure this.
