    Hi, Jeff. Your post theme is extremely positive as it highlights the great benefits companies can get from video marketing. I just have to point out the Bodyform’s video doesn’t showcase a company’s representative but an actrees and it actually backfired on them. I wouldn’t consider it a best practice on my personal opinion :-D

      I agree Joel, I’ve monitored Bodyforms FB Page & they haven’t engaged with anyone else that has left comments, it’s like a worse version on the Old Spice superbowl failure.

      Hi Joel

      Sorry for the delay – I am sure that you have long forgotten this post now but just in case:
      Bodyform was always open about her being an actress from the outset – they left a comment below the video when it was published and also on the Facebook comment that the video was about saying that “Bodyform doesn’t have a CEO but that if she did her name would be Caroline Williams”

      Therefore there was no misunderstanding.
      The video was a massive viral success and was critically acclaimed by countless news sites. What makes you think that this is not the case?
