To give content creators a single, repeatable process for defining their brand’s identity, tone, and goals so AI-generated content remains consistent across all platforms. This “Start Here” setup ensures every prompt in the system pulls from the same trusted brand source.

Step 1: Complete the Brand Setup Prompt
💡 ChatGPT Prompt: Brand Setup (Copy & Paste This into ChatGPT or Notion AI)
I want you to act as my personal content assistant. Save the following information and refer back to it every time I ask you to create content. If I ever say “use my brand info,” this is what I mean:
**BRAND NAME:** [insert your name or business name]
**WHAT I DO:** [1–2 sentence summary of your service/product/expertise]
**MY TARGET AUDIENCE:** [describe your ideal client or follower — who they are, what they want, their key problems]
**MY CONTENT GOALS:** [grow audience, build authority, drive sales, educate, entertain, etc.]
**MY TONE OF VOICE:** [e.g., expert but friendly, witty and bold, calm and motivational, no-fluff and direct]
**KEY CONTENT PILLARS:** [3–5 main topics you want to post about]
**WORDS/PHRASES I USE OFTEN:** [any personal catchphrases, ways you refer to your audience, etc.]
**DO NOT DOs:** [any styles or topics you want to avoid — e.g., “don’t sound robotic” or “no jargon”]

Step 2: Store or Save in Your AI Tool
If you’re using:
- ChatGPT: Paste and run the prompt, then pin it in a custom GPT or saved chat thread.
- Notion AI or Docs AI: Paste it into a locked page at the top of your workspace or content folder.
- Any other AI tool: Add it to your system’s memory or saved profile fields.
Step 3: Use “Use My Brand Info” in Future Prompts
From now on, whenever you use an SOP like:
- YouTube Script Generator
- Instagram Carousel Builder
- LinkedIn Thought Leadership System
…just start your prompt like this:
“Using my brand info, create a [type of content] about [topic].”
That tells the AI to automatically apply your tone, voice, audience, and content goals — without needing to retype them every time.
