  • App: Options include Google Docs, Notion, Slack, or your email software.
  • Event: Pick an appropriate action like Create DocumentAppend to Document, or Send Message.
  • Configuration:
    • Title: Use the title of your original video or file.
    • Content: Use the AI output from Step 3.
    • Test to ensure the content appears in your chosen destination.

Step 5: Refine Output Formatting (Optional)

To polish your results, you may need formatting adjustments.

  • Prompt Refinement: Add clear instructions to your AI prompt (e.g., “Output only the tutorial, no system messages”).
  • Formatter by Zapier:
    • Insert a Formatter step between the AI and output destination.
    • Use it for headers, styling, or RegEx-based text cleanup.
    • If unsure, ask ChatGPT to generate formatting rules tailored to your document type (e.g., Google Docs).
