      Hi,

I need some technical advice. I have a food blog about filipino cuisine that gets good traffic, and I also have a Telegram channel for my followers. Right now, the two are not really connected. I just manually copy the link of my new blog post and put it on my channel. It feels… disconnected, you know?

I’ve seen some websites where it seems like their Telegram is part of the site itself. How do you guys do it? Is there a way to automatically post my new blog articles to my channel? Or even better, can I embed my Telegram feed directly on my blog’s sidebar? I want my blog readers to easily see what’s happening on the channel and join. Any advice on the best plugins or methods would be super helpful.

Connecting your website and channel creates a powerful ecosystem.

Short Answer: Integration is achieved by using your website’s visual and text content to drive traffic to Telegram, and using automated text posts from your site to populate your channel.

Let’s break down the strategy based on the flow of content between the two platforms.

Think of the integration in two directions. Firstly, for pushing content from your website to Telegram, the key is automating your text-based content. You can use various services to connect your website’s RSS feed directly to your channel. This will automatically publish a formatted text message, usually with a title and a link, every time a new blog post goes live, saving you the manual effort and ensuring your channel is always up to date. Secondly, for pulling your blog audience over to your Telegram channel, you need to use compelling content on your website itself. While directly embedding a live Telegram feed is technically difficult and often looks messy, a more effective strategy is to create a dedicated, visually-appealing “Community” section on your site. Use a strong image or a short video in this section that explains the exclusive benefits of joining your channel. This visual content, paired with a clear text-based call to action and a button, is far more persuasive than a simple link. You can also promote exclusive audio content on your blog, mentioning that you share unique audio tips or Q&A sessions only on your Telegram channel, giving your readers another content-based reason to join.

      Cheers,

      Jeff
