I manage an artist who’s starting to get some real momentum on Spotify. Our monthly listeners are growing, and we’re planning a small tour and a new merch drop for early next year.
I’ve heard the term “Fans First” campaign mentioned as a powerful tool within the Spotify ecosystem. I’m trying to understand what this actually is. Is it an automated email that Spotify sends out? Or is it a tool we can use in our Spotify for Artists dashboard to target our top listeners?
