FAQ
MemberHi,
My Telegram channel has grown a lot faster than I ever expected, and I’m at the point where I can’t manage it alone. I’m bringing on two trusted community members to help me as admins.
I’m a bit worried about how to do this smoothly. How do you coordinate who posts what so you’re not posting over each other? How do you decide who has which permissions? For example, I want them to be able to post content, but maybe not add other new admins.
I’d love to hear some best practices from other large Telegram channels on how you manage a team of admins. Do you have a private admin-only chat? How do you keep the channel’s voice consistent? Any advice on setting this up properly from the start would be a massive help.
Cheers!

KeymasterScaling your team is a smart move for a growing channel.
Short Answer: The best practice is to use a private, text-based admin-only group for coordination, and to create a shared content plan that assigns different content formats to different admins.
This separation of communication and content responsibility is crucial for maintaining a consistent voice.
Firstly, your most important tool must be a private, admin-only Telegram group which will be almost entirely text-based. Use this separate group to plan, schedule, and approve all content before it goes live in your main channel. Secondly, you must define roles based on specific content formats to avoid overlap. For example, one admin could be responsible for creating all the daily image-based posts, while another is in charge of writing the weekly long-form text analysis or managing the discussion group. Thirdly, to maintain a consistent brand voice, it is wise to reserve the most personal formats for the channel owner. You should be the only one to post personal audio messages or round video messages, as this keeps the channel’s core personality singular and authentic. Finally, use Telegram’s granular permissions to reflect this strategy, giving your content admins the ability to post their assigned text and media files but reserving the right to change the channel’s profile image or text-based bio strictly to yourself.
Cheers,
Jeff
