This is a blog post that anyone who is trying to get started on Pinterest should read.

Just like any other mass social media platforms, as B2C businesses are trying to crack the Pinterest marketing nut and executives are getting active on the website, it opens up an opportunity for B2B businesses to reach out to these executives. Companies like Hubspot and Constant Contact are doing a great job amassing followers and repins on Pinterest despite not being a physical product or B2C company.

I have a question for you, when you create a pinterest board, what do you think it’s better?

    - Just pint pictures from your site
    - Or, pin also pictures from other sites

When I say better, I mean what brings more traffic and sales to your site?

From both yours and others. The better the image the more it is likely to be repinned!

I agree completely with Tip # 1. I actually read an article this week from Ignite Social Media that says people on Pinterest are more than four times more likely to be searching for “inspiration on what to buy” than users on Facebook. Use Pinterest as your product centric social platform and Facebook as a way to express your brand image.

There´s a big problem in Pinterets. When one person share a pin, if he edit it, he be able to change de url and select the one that he wants. This act breaks the chain and the clicks will go to another place. ¿What´s your opinion?
